    MaelissaFashion offers you the possibility to update and modify your account information. To do so, simply log in to your MaelissaFashion account, where you will be able to modify your details. To delete your MaelissaFashion account, please contact our Client Services teams.
  • I have forgotten my account password. What can I do?
    Should you have forgotten your password, please click on Log in tab and select “Forgot password?” For security reasons, an automatic email will be sent to the address you have fulfilled, including a link that will allow you to create your new personal password. Once you have entered your account, you will be able to change this password.
  • How do I place an order on maelissafashion.com?
    Once you have chosen your products, add them to your cart by clicking on « Add to Cart ». Should the item be unavailable, you do not have the option to add the item to your shopping cart. To finalise your order and proceed to the payment, click on your Shopping Bag and “Continue to Secure Checkout”/ The order process has 4 stages: - Register by creating your own account or login, with your email address and password. - Fill in the delivery information: receiver’s name and address and select your delivery method. - Fill in the payment information. - Review your order and submit it.
